Who We Are
Search Party Recruiting connects business owners with pre-vetted remote talent, primarily from the Philippines. We provide placement and staffing services to help you build your dream offshore team—with less guesswork, more results.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our site and services, you confirm that you’re legally able to enter into binding agreements and agree to comply with these terms. If you don’t agree with any part of these terms, please don’t use our services.
Our Services
We offer: Talent matchmaking and placement (one-time fee) Ongoing staffing and managed support (subscription) Hiring resources, playbooks, and tools Exact service terms will be outlined in your custom proposal or client agreement.
Use of Our Website
You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to hack, interfere with, or exploit it in any way. You also agree not to copy or distribute content without permission. We reserve the right to suspend access if we suspect misuse.
Payment Terms
Payment terms for services (including placement fees or staffing subscriptions) will be outlined in your individual agreement or invoice. All payments are due based on the schedule you agreed to. Late payments may result in paused services or additional fees.
Talent Guarantee
For placement clients, we offer a 90-day replacement guarantee. If a hire doesn’t work out within that window, we’ll work with you to find a suitable replacement—no extra charge. Staffing clients have ongoing support with performance monitoring and mediation.
Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on the service provided. For staffing subscriptions, cancellations require advance notice (as outlined in your agreement). For placements, our guarantee covers replacements but not refunds after onboarding.
Third-Party Services
We may recommend or use third-party platforms (like time tracking, payroll, or messaging tools). We’re not responsible for their performance or terms of service. Please review their policies separately.
Limitation of Liability
While we work hard to match you with top-tier talent, we’re not liable for business losses, damages, or disputes that may arise from hiring decisions, team performance, or platform outages. Use our services at your own discretion and judgment.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect new services, laws, or business practices. We'll post any changes here and update the effective date. Continued use of our services means you accept the changes.
